What is Morse Code?
Morse code is a method of encoding text characters using sequences of dots and dashes, or short and long signals. Invented by Samuel Morse in the 1830s, it was the foundation of early electrical telecommunication.
How it Works
- Dot (.) - A short beep or signal
- Dash (-) - A long beep or signal (3x dot length)
- Letter Space - Pause between letters (3x dot length)
- Word Space - Pause between words (7x dot length)
